The Moonglow Madonna Rosary Necklace is designed as a true five decade rosary. It is 32" inches long and comes with a 4" complimentary enhancer that allows the necklace to be doubled. It features 8mm Silver Freshwater Pearls, mini Fleur de Lis decade beads and a Sterling Silver Immaculate Heart connector. The focal point is our Art Nouveau Madonna who gracefully adorns 50 luminescent freshwater pearls that invoke the feeling of bathing in moonlight with the celestial order. Shown in silver, it is available in gold or gunmetal too
Our Art Nouveau Madonna medallion is recast from the vintage original dating from approximately 1906. The image of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin was hand carved based upon the painting by Spanish artist Bartolome Esteban Murillo (1618 - 1682). The image is captivating and Her face on the medallion is exquisite and beautiful. Her halo is made of 12 Stars. In keeping with her graceful presence, a Fleur de Lis representing the Trinity adorns the toggle so that if you choose to wear the necklace double wrapped you may. In recasting historic Holy Medals I feel it preserves pieces of the past, while honoring and sharing a devotion to the Holy Ones. It's a calling and a mission.
