Return Policy
All of our items are artisan made by hand. Your order is made specifically for you, as each piece is made to order at the time you place the order. We accept returns of unworn and unused items in their original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of delivery for exchange or store credit only. This applies to all of our handmade and made-to-order items. Original shipping costs are not refunded and are not included in your store credit. However we do offer a free return label via email to assist you in returning your item.
To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number via our contact form. We will email you a free return shipping label for all domestic U.S. orders.
International Orders
We are unable to provide return labels for international orders. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any taxes, duties, VAT, tariffs, or customs charges. Please reference your Return Authorization Number on the package.
Items must be returned in the condition received, with original packaging and all tags attached. Store credits and exchanges are processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection.
Handmade Items Note
Each piece is made to order and handcrafted with love, so natural variations can occur. Size, color variations (including those caused by monitor differences), and other handmade characteristics are not valid reasons for return or exchange beyond our standard exchange/store credit policy.
