Refund policy

We accept returns of unworn and unused items in their original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of delivery, with the exception of Sale Items, Custom Items and Special Orders.  Due to the handmade nature of our items, Custom Orders, Special Orders and Sale Items are non-refundable, however we will issue a store credit if they are received back to us within 30 days of delivery. Custom Items and Special Orders are defined as items that have been made or altered to meet the specifications of our clients.  A Sale Item is any item that sells below its full retail value, including those purchased with promotional discounts and coupons.  In order to facilitate your return, all returns must have Return Authorization (RA) numbers, which can be requested by email at info@whisperingcowgirl.com or by using our contact form. 

If an item is being returned because the product was received incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way we will send you a return label at our expense.   We will also send a label if your are making an exchange.  If you are making a return for any other reason, you are responsible for the return cost of shipping and the original shipping costs incurred to send the item.  

Please note, we are unable to issue return labels for purchases shipped outside of the United States due to carrier restrictions.  We also don't issue refunds of taxes or duties on international purchases nor do we collect them.  The purchaser is responsible for any and all VAT, Tariffs and Customs Charges.

At Whispering Cowgirl we stand behind our work.  Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of customer's receipt of the item with the exception of custom items and items purchased on Sale.   Custom Items and Sale Items are returnable for store credit only - this includes items that have been changed or altered to meet a customers specification.   

Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the client and in the original packaging and box with the original tags attached. Credits and exchanges are processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.   Please note it can take up to 10 days for your credit to appear on your credit card statement once it is processed by us depending on your bank.
