Grace and beauty abound on the North Star Madonna with Saint Michael the Archangel Renaissance Chain Necklace. This beautiful Holy Medal is cast from from the original 18th century medal featuring the Madonna on one side and Saint Michael on the other. The expectant Madonna pictured is joyful as she dances with the clouds and the moon. It is shown doubled in the main picture, but can be worn long or shorten. The medal can be removed from the decorative clasp that also serves as a charm holder. A tiny North Star charm adds a final accent to remind us that with Mary and Michael at our side we can't get lost in life and their loving protection is always at hand.
•Chain Length: Long 34" long, with 6mm loops. It's available in any length by special order. The Medal is 1.50" x 1.25". It's exquisite.
• The medal is hand cast using the lost wax method by silversmiths based in New England. The original is from the 1700's and was acquired from a monk's collection. It's made of bronze dipped in 22KT Matte Gold plating. Whispering Goddess ia handmade in the tiny fishing village of Wellfleet, Massachusetts. Made in the USA with LOVE.
