The  Pilgrims Way Saint Helena and Our Lady of Guadalupe Fancy Etched Cable Chain Bracelet features our new double sided Pilgrims Way medallion.  Saint Helena  represents the act of pilgrimage and  Our Lady of Guadalupe, is the perfect compliment because her image in Mexico is the world's number one pilgrimage site.  Our Lady of Guadalupe  also promises to watch over and protect her pilgrims.  About Saint Helena: Saint Helena lived from 248 to 330 A.D.  She was the mother of Emperor Constantine and she raised him alone for many years after being divorced for political reasons by his father. Hence she is knowns a the Patron Saint of difficult marriages and divorce as well as new discoveries and pilgrimage.   

 Constantine adorned his mother. She helped him rule and she  spent her life helping the poor and disadvantaged.  However,  she is most remembered for the last years of her life when she pilgrimaged to the the Holy Land in search of holy sites,  holy relics and fulfilling her calling and life mission. It's believed that in the last two years of her life  Saint Helena  toured the Holy Land and found the "True Cross",  the Crown of Thorns, Christ's birthplace, the Steps of Pilate and many other holy relics. She is also attributed with bringing the painting of Our Lady of Czestochowa to Europe.

The Pilgrim's Way medal is approximately 1.25 inch round. The medal and chain are made of bronze and dipped in 22KT Gold.    The length is 7.75 inches and is adjustable. It can be made larger if you need it to be, just let us know.
