Tomorrow, August 22nd, people worldwide celebrate the Queenship of Mary. It comes 8 days after the celebration of Her Assumption into Heaven. It also marks the formal recognition of Her Queenship and the restoration of the
Divine Feminine.
The Feast of the Queenship of Heaven came in harmony (but not without controversy) with Pope Pius XII's acknowledgement and codification of Mary's role as Co-Redemptrix in 1954. It was a bold move for him to bring the role of the Divine Feminine front and center as he did. What's it all mean? All I know is that it's one of the Mysteries of Mary she often calls us to explore, when we choose to deeper our understanding of Her.
When Pius set August 22, as the Feast of the Queenship, he moved the Feast of Our Lady of Beauraing aka the Virgin of the Golden Heart aka the Notre Dame de Namur to November 29th. August 22 remains as the celebration of the Pilgrimage of Notre Dame de Beauraing. These designs honor Her and her many names.
Also known as Our Lady of Namur, the Madonna in the image is said to have made apparitions to 5 young children, a total of 33 times from November 29 1932 - January 3, 1933. She appeared once a day for just over a month in Beauraing, Belgium. In one of the apparitions she revealed Her Golden Heart to the children and told them she is always available to help bring Healing and Peace to the World.
