Kwan Yin is the Buddhist Mother of Mercy and Compassion. This necklace is a One of a Kind made a vintage carved white jade Kwan Yin set in Tibetan Sterling on a 28" African Turquoise strand.
Kwan Yin is known as "she who hears the cries of the world" and she is always ready to step in to help. As one of Buddhism's most beloved bodhisattvas, she is known as the protector of women, children, sailors, fishermen and any in trouble. Her foot is always poised to step out into the world to assist those in need.
This carved medallion is 3.5 long and tied to the strand of African Turquoise with black deerskin. It's a one of a kind and the only one available.
