At Whispering Cowgirl we stand behind the artisans we represent and the quality of their work. We will accept items for return providing they are received back within 14 days from the date the item is delivered to the customer for ONLINE SALES only. After 14 days a store credit only in the form of a gift card will be issued for a period up to 30 days. All credits are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are eligible for store credit only. If your item is a gift we will gladly and graciously work with you and the recipient to get exactly what they like or issue a gift card for them to shop. Sale items are available for exchange or store credit only- this includes items purchased with promotional discounts and coupons. Credits will be processed within 14 days of return receipt of the item.
Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the client and in the original packaging with the original tags attached. The individual initiating the return is responsible for the shipping costs to return an item. All applicable shipping costs incurred by Whispering Cowgirl will be deducted from the refund amount of all items returned and a 50% restocking fee will be incurred for items that have been held on reserve or on lay away. Due to the unique, handmade nature of our items, custom and special orders are non-refundable.
