Shipping and Returns

 Please know, all of our items are handcrafted and made to order in the Whispering Goddess Studio in Wellfleet, MA. It typically takes 2-3 business days for your artisan made item to be created.   If you need an item rushed, please call or  email us after checkout and we will be happy to accomadate you.  In addition we recommend to upgrading to a faster shipping service if necessary.  The shipping times below are quoted by the carrier you select at checkout, but do not include the process time to handcraft your item.   We will do our very best to make sure your item arrives on time for your expedited needs.  

 We offer Free Shipping on purchases over $100.00 in the domestic United States via USPS First Class Package Mail which arrives to most U.S. destinations in 5-7 business days after processing.

We offer USPS Priority Mail for a fee of $8.50 which generally arrives to its destination in 1-3 business days after processing. Express shipping is available for $25.00 via the U.S Postal Service and arrives in 1-2 days depending on destination. 

We also offer shipping vis UPS based on their rates at checkout.

Return Policy 

All returns must have Return Authorization (RA) numbers, which can be requested by email at or by using our contact form.   If an item is being returned because the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way we will send you a return label at our expense. We will also send a label if your are making an exchange.  If you are making a return for any other reason, you are responsible for the return cost of shipping.  Please note, custom items that have been made or altered to meet the special specifications of our clients are non-refundable.  

Please reference your Return Authorization Number on the package. 

At Whispering Cowgirl we stand behind our work.  Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of customer's receipt of the item with the exception of custom items.   Custom Items are returnable for store credit - this includes items that have been changed or altered to meet a customers specification.   

Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the client and in the original packaging with the original tags attached. Credits and exchanges are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
