All returns must have Return Authorization (RA) numbers, which can be requested by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using our contact form. If an item is being returned because the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way we will send you a return label at our expense. We will also send a label if your are making an exchange. If you are making a return for any other reason, you are responsible for the return cost of shipping. Please note, custom items that have been made or altered to meet the special specifications of our clients are non-refundable.

At Whispering Cowgirl we stand behind our work. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of customer's receipt of the item with the exception of custom items. Custom Items are returnable for store credit - this includes items that have been changed or altered to meet a customers specification.
Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the client and in the original packaging with the original tags attached. Credits and exchanges are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
