Artcords Mohair Vaquero Cinch

Our Vaquero Cinch is 100% Mohair and adorned with a 6 inch horsehair tassel. The cinch is made by master cinch maker, Darin Alexander of ArtCords, from an authentic Vaquero design. Darin is passionate about insuring comfort for your horse, quality 100% Mohair cord and making each cinch by hand. When I met Darin, he reviewed his cinch making process and the evolution it has taken over time in his quest for perfection. In addition to the beauty of each piece, I was struck by the way Darin examines each piece by running his hand along the cinch where it meets the horse to insure there are not pressure points that may cause discomfort. I went home and checked my own manufactured cinches and sure enough there were more bumps and hard spots than I care to admit. I immediately retired my machine manufactured cinch and now fully commit to ArtCords 100% Mohair Cinches.
